*Material: is provided for the session in person and included in the price.  If it is via zoom, I ll send you the list of material to buy. I will check with you first what you have already so that you don't need to spend much on the material.

** It is possible to bring 1 friend with you and share your experience. For session in person,  I'll charge additional cost of CHF 10.- for the material.

  • Original paintings, notebook and cards are usually ready to be delivered in 4 working days
  • I ship original paintings and prints with care to the client's home. Original purchased painting can also be picked up at my studio.
  • Free delivery in Switzerland for original paintings from CHF 1000.-
  • All shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
  • Free Pickup available in St. Gallerstrasse 18, 8853 Lachen, Switzerland.
  • Currently only shipping in Switzerland, international shipping as of 01.10.2026. Contact me info@emmanuelleerard.com if you wish to be on the waiting list.

Refunds & Returns

Original paintings, Fine Art Prints, notebooks and cards are not refundable.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception (when it is shipped) and contact me immediately if the item is defective or damaged, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
