Refund policy

Original paintings, Fine Art Prints, notebooks and cards are not refundable.

For original paintings up to CHF 1000.-, I offer virtual viewings the piece you are interested in. It is a quick and easy way to see the work in more detail and ask any questions before committing. If you live in Switzerland nearby Zurich, we can organise a meeting in person to see the painting live. 

I ship with care the piece to the client's home. The purchased painting can be also pick-up at my studio.

 

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception (when it is shipped) and contact me immediately if the item is defective or damaged, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
