Refund policy

Original paintings, Fine Art Prints, notebooks and cards are not refundable.

For original paintings up to CHF 1000.-, I usually organise a meeting in person to meet the painting live. Then I deliver personally the piece to the client's home, to ensure a perfect and safe delivery. 

For original painting under CHF 1000.-, I ship with care the piece to the client's home. When it is not far from my residence, I deliver personally. 

Delivery and shipping only in Switzerland.

 

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception (when it is shipped) and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
